To me the first is not to soft, no 2 looks a bit over bright and no 3 is good the way it is, nice photos of Family n Friends

I'd move them a bit further fromt he background in the first, it is also a bit soft as Cjartist said.

I don't think 2 is too bright, I like it just fine. May just be a difference in monitor settings.

On 3, some fill would have been nice. Her face is much more shadowed than his.

Nice set all together though. Keep up the good work.

Your photos are nice, in #1 move your subjects away from the fence, that way you can blur the background and enhance your photo! :-D :thumbup:
