It is compositionally well balanced. I find the extreme off-kilter perspective refreshing; it adds a touch of fun, youthful character - quite fitting for the subject. I realize many photographers would rather have their shutter finger amputated than to release something like this without straightening. But to straighten and crop the image would make it just another typical portait photo of a beautiful person.

I'm not sure which version I like better, but what I do know is I don't like the fact that she is not looking at the camera. To me, it looks like you happen to come across someones photo shoot and decided to take a photo of their model. Cheers.
