Let's not forget the sacrifices these men and women made for our freedom, they deserve better than what we as a society have given them.

My wife and I visited the Vietnam Veterans' memorial in Holmdel, NJ.

I took photos that I would like to share:

I never will forget!! I have several relatives friends and inlaws that fought in every war since WW2. I know it is not much but I always stop and thank everyone that has and does serve this country, all of my kids to also. As well as police and firemen.

My dad was a career Marine (WW2), I was a career Marine (Vietnam), my oldest is a civilian serving with special forces in Afghanistan right now (not physcally qualified to wear a uniform), my middle son just retired from the USAF (gulf war), my youngest is serving in the Coast Guard (Career). We don't forget. We love our country and hate what this government is doing to destroy it.

jchristian first thank you to you and all of your family for your service and sacrafices. I agree with the staement about our government. I bought a T shirt IN DC of all places that says I LOVE MY COUNTRY ITS THE GOVERNMENT I AM AFRAID OFF!! My wife hates when I ware it only due to the amount of people that stop me to read and agree with it.
