I have a Canon 7D I sent a picture to Costco for a print larger than 10x12, a resolution warning appears. Can I increase the resolution of my pictures?

You should have a choice of what resolution to export when you put the image on the thumb drive. Just make sure you choose the largest file size. Your camera is capable of enlargements of at least 24x36. You may have shot the image in too small a format. What was the setting you used to take the picture? There are several sizes of RAW and jpeg to choose from.
