Thank you, you have very effectively informed the uninformed. But because it dismantles the message from the White House, our liberal friends will rant that it can't be true - not on CNN, MSNBC, NYT, etc.

California requires that the C.C.W. holders be qualified and certified on the weapons they are permitted to carry. Must re-certify every 2 years.
