You can get just about any lens to fit any body with the proper adapter. In this case, I'm sure you will lose all auto functions including stop-down. Ask the seller what kind of mount it has.

Sounds like it's a pre-set lens. It likely has a "T" mount fitting on the mount end that can be changed out to fit whatever brand camera it is used on. This is older style optics where a dealer could order & stock just a few of the lenses, but was able to sell them with a variety of adapters so as to keep inventory down (no need to buy multiple copies of the lens in different mounts). They have two aperture rings & are operated by viewing the scene with the aperture wide open & then metering with it closed down (& dark viewfinder making it hard to see). Best used in bright light & with a camera that will meter will manual focus lenses (not base model cameras) otherwise you will need to use "Sunny 16" metering rule to get in the ballpark & the LCD & Histogram to fine tune the exposure. Needless to say, not a lens for fast action subjects or dark days. You can find the older "Spiratone Sharpshooter" 400mm F6.3 on eBay that is essentially the same lens. They were marketed in the late 60's ,early 70's.
