Those are pretty interesting. Cool colors and shapes.
Very inspirational set of images within images i.e. Geko and leg.
Thanks for posting look forward to more.
We all go through the various stages of fascintion with different types of subjects, many of us here have had a craze at some time or other for water droplets. I think this is a natural process in the voyage to becoming a better photographer. Your last shot shows what we call a "Crown" shot, why not see if you can get the PERFECT! crown shot..It can be done..tfp :-) no 4 for me

Thank you Robbie7,
I started doing this about 2 months ago while waiting for the nicer weather so I could get out and shoot a lot more. But this has become a real challenge more than a craze with me, I think. I have to see how far I can take this without purchasing automated equipment that controls size and timing of the drops. That to me that would no longer become a challenge and take away the fun. So I will continue to drop and shoot until (maybe you are right) this craze portion of photography dissipates. LOL
I suppose you mean buy PERFECT that the crown is symmetrical in every way. That is a challenge. LOL

Hi 7D :) I ventured down this path a few years ago and the members involved started demanding more and more, not only a crown but a perfect crown..lol..I gave up when one of them got what I thought was a perfect crown bouncing up from a gold coin. beyond me :-( I agree with you once you employ too much technology it becomes devalued. I have always wanted to capture a great Kingfisher bird shot, and I have seen some fantastic shots from one particular guy, but he uses all kinds of sophisticated electronics that cost far more than I can afford, if I get one half as good as his, handheld then I will be happy..tfp

Hey Robbie7,
Good luck with your Kingfisher, and as Bryan would say: You just keep shooting.
Hmmm. That first one looks like an alien, rising from the deep! Love them all!

Nice shots... I like them...
I am trying to get the water drops out of my system too! My tub faucet has been leaking for a month! Someday I'll have to fix it. I wonder how much money has gone down the drain so far?
