This was from my archives - 41/2 years ago when I got my first DSLR. I do landscapes and I like the representation of the green. Many consider it overdone.

Processing was done it LightRoom - it probably took a quick dance through Photoshop long after capture and initial pp.

Comments will be considered instructional and appreciated. I assume the EXIF data is downloadable - I will provide it if necessary.

The green looks a little over-saturated, but who cares? It's a nice shot, and I like the color!

Sorry, it was 4 and 1/2 years ago. When I typed the "1/2", I tried to downsize the fraction, but it didn't work.

Thank you Treepusher. You usually have a nice comment.

If anyone reads this and has an opinion- Why do you think this was changed from "Photo Analysis". I had been looking for some constructive criticism.

The elf, or troll - or whatever he is- is camera shy. When not climbing the bracket fungi, he sleeps behind the stump. Sometimes he just goes out for a Starbucks.

Thanks for noticing - and be wary of short little fat men who can be rather naughty - or nice.

If I remember right, the troll is the rock that the tree has captured.
See, when a troll comes out from under the bridge and gets caught by sunlight it is turned into a rock. Sad ending.
Beautiful pix BTW. I love it!

I like it a lot.

It does not seem overdone to me, but definitely on the edge.

Big Daddy,

Thanks for dropping by.

If not the Troll, at least the image was captured near the Burgh - McConnells Mill - Slippery Rock Gorge .

To be honest, I don't know the legend of the Troll. Thanks for the story.
