as a newbie to photography it isn't always what is said about my posts that you learn from but what is said about other shots that are much better than mine

Very interesting, you join us on April 2 and on April 4 you post that you enjoy the ego boost from the members here at UHH then again on April 4 you post that UHH is a friendly group and you are enjoying it and that you like the positive feedback. Today UHH is nothing more than a bunch of cyber bullies. I looked through your posts and I couldnt find one instance where anyone had a negative comment toward you let alone anything that even came close to resembling bullying. So I read your blog and you tell us we should man up when faced with cyber bullies but you choose to cut and run. I must confess Im a bit confused but of course will respect your decision. I wish you well and do hope you find whatever it is youre searching for.

So sorry to see you go. You appear to be a really genuine decent guy. I've read your attachment and have to agree with most of what you wrote. I too hate the bullying that goes on in this cyber world - those people who are happy to "hide" behind their computers so that they can bully incognito. Yes, there are a number here and most right minded folk choose to ignore them.

It wasn't you my friend. Sent you a PM. Better off this way, I just don't have the time or patience for it anymore. There are a lot of people who want to learn the craft. I just dropped out of a forum for Professionals also, for exactly the same reason.

I'm really sad your leaving, but I understand and respect your decision. I'd just like to say that I really enjoyed your posts. As a beginner myself who enjoys photography, I still have lots to learn. Folks like you gave people like me that gateway. When asked, you never hesitated explaining the details about your shots. I always looked forward to your posts, for I knew that I would see something magnificent and probably learn a thing or two. During your time here, I felt you went out of your way to be respectful. Your leaving is a big loss, we need people like you here to enrich us all...

I am also sorry to see you go. I agree with much of what you said about cyber bullies, and those on this site. I almost left as well, but I have picked up many tidbits and made many cyber friends on this site and now I just pass over the negative souls and ignore them. Now and then I have expressed my disgust to some of the unfortunates, but don't I no longer waste my time.

I have grown as a result of the information I have found on this site. Not just comments but links to very enlightening information and lessons.
