I HATE these things. :shock: They scare me to death but I got a new lens and gathered all my courage to shoot this wasp. The fact it was caught in a spider web helped me too. :lol: My lens is a Cannon 2.8 EF 100mm Macro USM lens so far I am loving the results.
ISO 100 f/5 I think I would go to at least f/13 for a better DOF if I were to re-shoot this

Thank you Robbie... I might just do that. I didn't get a manual with it since I bought it used on Ebay. :thumbup:

Try keying the lens type into your browser page, I did this for my little RX100 and found a better manual than the one supplied with the camera..tfp :)
