Two golfers are standing on the tee of the 17th green that overlooks a road on the side of the golf course. They see a funeral procession coming down the road and they both stop. The first golfer stands at ease and faces the procession. The second one does the same but removes his hat and places it over his heart. The first golfer comments, "that is a very noble and caring thing you are doing, did you know the diseased"? Yes says the second man, she was a beautiful and kind lady. Did you know her well asks the first man? The second one replies, very well; if she had lived two days longer, today we would be celebrating our thirty fifth wedding anniversary.
