No...it's been in the works for several years and it's unbelievable...hard to believe it can even do what it does.
I saw the demo video from some conference and was amazed...they took an out of focus shot and with one click it was sharp again...I don't know how that is possible but they did it.
I THINK it's only effective with things like motion blur and not "depth of field" blur"

I bet it is still in the dream stage :)
I saw the video last year it was great I would love it Maybe in PS 7
Right. It seems to analyze the camera movement that caused the blur. Then it reverses the movement to make the image sharp It doesn't correct for bad focus. This is like VR taken several levels higher.
I think there will come a day when the human element will be completely eliminated from the cameras. All one needs to do is say "fetch" and the camera will do everything except, of course, taking the credit. That will still belong to the human.
In the meantime I can recommend perhaps a less spectacular but very useful plug-in for focus sharpening and motion blur -- Focus Magic. I think the actual results look better than the examples shown on its web page. Like any other sharpening tool, it should be used at reasonably conservative settings (in other words, don't overdo it) and one should not expect it to perform magic. It is worth using and does do a good job, though.

I've seen several presentations on it, at best the end results is minimal.
