I did test it. I"m using Firefox and it works fine for me.
P.S.
I went back and tried the link with Explorer and it doesn't work. But firefox works fine.

I don't know what to tell ya. When I click on the link, I go to a sound bite. The screen you illustrated is the one i get with Explorer.
Try this one. If it works, maybe you can replace it with the original. It works on three of my computers.
