CALIFORNIA :
The Governor is out jogging with his dog on a nature trail.
A Coyote jumps out , kills his dog and then attacks the Governor .The Governor picks up a stick to defend himself, but then remembers the movie "Bambi" and realizes he had no right to hurt the animal , since the Coyote was only doing what came natural trying to survive.
1. He checks himself into a Hospital and spends $ 2000 to treat his bite wound and get checked for any possible disease from the Coyote
2. He then calls Animal control and informs them of the attack. Animal control spends $ 3000 to pick up his dead dog , find the Coyote , test it for disease and another $1000 to relocate it to a less populated area.
3. The hicking trail is closed for 6 months while Fish and Game conducts a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is now free of dangerous animals .
4. The Governor spends $50,000 in State funds inplementing a "Coyote awareness program " for residents of the area
5. The State Legislature spends $ 2 million for a study on how to better treat rabies and how to permanently eradicate the disease throughout the world
6. The Governors Security guard is fired for not preventing the attack and the State spends $ 1.5 million for additional special training of all State Security presonnel

2. The buzzards , ants and other wildlife eat the dead Coyote
3. Total cost to Texas taxpayers ~ $ 0.50 for the bullet
And that my friends is why Kalifornia is bankrupt and Sates like Texas are not .

Your comment about the bloods and crips is definitely a comment about california. When you make a remark such as this you are open to criticism. Texas has a violent white supremacist background and a huge problem with drugs. Texas is where a black man was dragged to his death behind a truck by 3 men just because he was black. Your comment about the bloods and crips is an open invitation. You should take a long look at why it was necessary for you to make the comment in the first place. It wasn't a comment,it was a question.I read in the news a few years back that the Bloods and Crips gravitated to Aurora possibly because of Law Enforcement pressure in California?And my sole reason of asking was because I was offered a Police job there in the early 70's but declined because of all my family roots in Massachusetts.Nothing more,nothing less.
