Is There Any Interest In A Deal Or Will It Be Obstruction For The Sake Of Obstruction?
I'd be very surprised if the Republican House did anything but obstruct progress.

The House has presented several budgets that involved serious spending cuts. The Senate and the President have rejected them all. The Presidnet has stated that he will veto any budget involving budget cuts. How does that demonstrate Republican obstructionism?

It's funny how each side thinks that the other is the one who won't compromise and the other side is the one who obstructs progress.
Its called do as i say not as i do and is true to politicians the world over
The House republicans already compromised, they agreed to $1 trillion new revenues on Jan 1. vs ZERO budget cuts. Now is the time for the Dems to step up to the plate and demonstrate that they can compromise for the good of the country. I'm betting that Mr.O. will continue to put his party ahead of U.S.A.
Pay attention to what he does , not what he says he will do. Up to this point the only thing he cut was the White House tours.
I think it's funny politician's have yet to realize that we have a lack of money problem.

as soon as those damned Conservatives in the House let obama spend another $6 Trillion in " shovel ready jobs " , all our lack of money problems will go away

It was the plan that was "shovel ready", not the projects.
Being there is little progress, then by definition that can't obstruct progress, but perhaps regress... which IS the direction everything is headed... so perhaps its needs some blocking.

Lack of money isn't their problem.
Their borrowing from China is unlimited.

Check the recent Treasury auctions - China isn't buying. The Federal Reserve Bank is printing the money and buying the Treasuries.
Perhaps you should take a good course in economics because your ignorance is showing.
