Senior tux and drape pictures

I will be taking my first senior tux and drape pictures next week. I am looking for any advice.....I have one gray backdrop that I dislike, so I am debating on buying a new one, or was thinking about just changing it's appearance in PS. My lighting should be center, then two at 45 degrees with my subject about 8 ft. from the backdrop, correct?

Look into green screen wizard and put in any back drop you like. SAVE MONEY IN A BIG WAY Well light your backdrop put you subject in the same line as the two back lights, 4 feet in front of the backdrop. Then light up the front of your subject. You can get all this info on youtube.com

Rhonda -- Front lighting only against a backdrop might create a flat or one dimensional end product. Suggest you consider adding a backlight or small "rimlight" behind and off to one side of the subject to pop them out from the background. If done properly it will give your picture dimension and depth.

So, on the side facing the subjects face, possibly say 20 degrees from the backdrop? Thank you for answering my questions, I appreciate it!

Rhonda, Go to youtube.com type in green screen and seniors and you will get all the info you should need. Theres one thing I but wanting to do set up a theme for a dance. Where you set up a green screen the kids stand in front, you take there picture, it goes to your PC, you put the theme background in and print it. You can do this in 5 to 10 min. each. If you need help with it just ask, LATER
