I just got this in my email today. It sounds like something I'd like to try and thought maybe someone out there in photoland might be interested also so I thought I'd share.

Wingscapes’ Audubon BirdCam takes over for bird-watchers when they head indoors. It’s a motion-activated digital camera, protected inside a weatherproof housing. If you mount it in a tree or near a bird feeder, a motion sensor will automatically take a still picture or a short video (with sound) whenever it detects a bird in its viewing area.

Walmart and a number of other stores with camping departments also have the "Trail Cams".

I too have been looking into the Birdcam. They have it at B&H for 69.99. I posted the other day also asking for feedback from members. Didn't get too much, just advice on checking out the specs. For that price, I think it's a pretty low risk gamble. Let me know if you find out any more.

This is just how I look at things, if the price is reasonable you have nothing to lose, if it were $200-300 perhaps not but at $100 or less go for it, will you do a review

I will probably get it in the next month or so. Blew my budget on a new photo printer this month. But when I get it, I'll definitely review it for the Hoggers.
