LR4 help with picture sizing please

Can anyone help me with a problem I have trying to put some pictures in "Photobox' to make an album.
The problem I am having is that the heads are being chopped off a lot of my photos that I have processed in LR4. The company say that I must reload all the photos with an aspect ratio of 4x3. It is truly driving me mad. I have had this problem before so I am sure it is something I am doing wrong.
Can someone please explain how I crop to this aspect in LR?

When in the develop module, click on tools and select crop. On the right side of the screen click on original. A box will appear where you can choose the aspect ratio.
