Picasa 3 help needed

I wish to export certain photos from Picasa to an external disc. The object is to then download the disc contents into a picture frame to be viewed. I have segregated the desired photos into select folders within Picasa. How do I accomplish this?

I use Picasa at work, I keep a separte file, export from Picasa into the folder, in my case I use folders in my pictures and then you could put your dics in and download from the my pictures folder.
Or, if you type in search in Picasa or use the help they are pretty thourough in what they bring up for you.
