Girls Senior Pictures I did over easter weekend

on last minute notice a friend called and asked me to do senior portraits of her DD. I'm not a pro but, they know that. These were taken on Thur. and she needed photos for her year book by Monday. Wanted to share some. Let Me know what you guys think.

No .. I keep getting an error message. and then I hit back and hit post again and it had removed my photos and I didn't realize it and I still have not been able to post them. I have very poor internet connection today! One of the "JOYS" of living in the country.

Very nice and well executed. Each image is crisp with good DOF and color. You have an attractive model and the poses are flattering. I've seen many a senior picture 'supposedly' shot by a pro that weren't half as nice. You should be very proud of this photo shoot.

I am not a portrait photographer but I think the poses are imaginative and not the typical senior portrait. She is too darn cute, too.

I'm not sure what type of camera you are using, but most of the photos I take are large files, and I have to resize them down to post, especially three of them. The limit may be 25 megabyte, and I'm sure one of the UHH technical people can help with specifics.

Hey! YOU got them to upload.. I like, them too. The poses are very creative and cute subject. I did notice something. When I first got started, I wanted the subjects skin to look like SKIN.. not light blur or more correct, cyan.. Skin has NO blue in it. I discovered, the blue is coming from a not so correct exposure. Watching the histogram solved this issue for me.

Well, I sure like them and as someone said very imaginative. Maybe someday I'll get there. Still learning so much. Good job.

Nikon D3100 and they are very large files. I had to resize and then resize again. but mostly I think the issue was my internet connection. :?
