A Change in "Quote Reply"?

It seems that there's beena change in what happens when you click on "Quote Reply." If I recall correctly, the entire conversation box used to be added to your comment. Now it's only the one preceding comment that gets added to yours. That can save a a lot of space and make it easier to follow a post.
