Another weekend with the drops

Whilst I LOVE the colours I think the background is very distracting

I agree with JR1, the background needs to be plain, also use a plain glass/pot receptacle for the dropping-into liquid.

Please provide set up, speeds, aperture etc.
Nice clear shots but like the others, I think the background needs cleaned up.

The shots are great, as I say it is the decoration round the side that distracts

Thanks all for your input. I kinda agree. I used a glass container with a design on the bottom for this shoot. Kind of takes away from the actual drop. Will probably go back to using a clear container for future shots.

One suggestion, ok use a clear container BUT how about wrapping this round it, it allows you to change/control the colours add colour but looks unobtrusive

And when I want things lit or light reflected back from under something I use these, silver foil is also ok but can be too reflective
