I had a issue with my Epson printer the other day as it would not print. I uninstalled it and reinstalled the drives, but no luck. At the same time my computer started running slow, especially when opening a web page or program.
What I did was cleared cookies and browsing history. In Google Chrome you can specify how far back you want to go. So I cleared 4 weeks.
After that my computer is running much better and my browser is faster. So, I think it's something I'll do regularly.

CCCleaner can remove all your passwords if you are not careful so eg when you click UHH and normally just come in you will need tore enter the passwords, for all sites again

It is pretty cool out of the box, but also cleans your Registry and Startup files. All the Piriform products are good, but I use this one often!
