Firmware Update...Confused

I am trying to update the firmware on my D7000...the support.nikon site shows D7000 firmware: A: 1.0.2 / B:1.03 upgrade.
Checking the version on the camera it shows: A 1.02, B 1.03, L 1.002. Not sure what this all means.
Has the camera firmware already been upgraded? I did buy it used.

It means that you don't need to update your firmware - you already have the latest version(s)
