Thanks for looking and thanks for the comment, I really thought I had lost that specific phrase, I heard this alot when I first started out and really considered going into the profession (notice I did not say going pro) but as I started getting into it more I started taking less, I held onto the belief that film was good and digital bad, alot of people around me jumped on digital boat from concept and was talking to me about how they could zap off quantity and then look for quality from those and thats what scared me about digital
Now that I have the digital I try taking my time and using my knowledge to create several "good" pictures and use that for my editing, I also have tremors so I have to shoot above 1/60 to make sure no blur, of each of those above I took 1 or 2 shots of each, trying to limit myself to 4-6 shots of anyone "shot" using a different angle or settings

sorry for the rant but that phrase really brought out some powerful feelings............ thanks
and oh yeah snow melt going good was 60 here on saturday

No problem at all. I know what you're saying about quantity vs. quality. I've been using digital for 6 years and I now sometimes have to remind myself to go more slowly and LOOK. My UHH topic this morning, "Composing vs. Cropping" had with that in mind. Here is link:
