So, to control Ambient Light, is the ShutterSpeed, but my sync speed on my Nikon D3300 is 1/200, and I do not have High Speed Sync available. So is the Ambient Light brighter at 1/60 or at 1/125, this is what I am not Clear on, the Ambient Light Exposure, being the ShutterSpeed.
I have watched Mark Wallace for Adorama TV, he has a "Diamond Exposure", showing the Aperture & ISO as Constant factors, then only changing either the ShutterSpeed(ambient light) or the Flash Power
