Happy Friday, everyone. I didn't have quite the light that I had to work with yesterday but it's still my favorite time of day. Every new day is a new hope. I hope you enjoy and, as always, thank you for looking. :)

I love the colors in this one. Have you considered cropping it to a panoramic view? Taking out some of the water in the bottom and making it long would be dramatic. Still very pretty. Nice job!

Always interesting to compare the visions and reactions of others. I thought the scene was extremely peaceful and soothing (the colors and subject matter), and wouldn't want changes toward dramatic. In fact, I kind of like the idea of it as sunset, rather than sunrise :)

Would have made an excellent sunset except the camera was pointing east.

Linda, thank you for the look and the comment. A sunset might be a good change of pace. I'll have to get back there next week and check it out. :)

Ya know, ironically enough, the camera was actually pointing NW now that I think about it. The eastern sky was so overcast that the only color, other than gray, was opposite the sunrise. So, Linda, you win! :)
