Supreme Court transcripts and recordings

This week the Supreme Court will hear some controversial cases concerning marriage laws. A lot of people are occupying sidewalk spaces already, trying to ensure that they can get one of the few seats available to the general public. There are even companies that charge for the "line standing" services.

However, there is a free Supreme Court website where anybody can view transcripts or listen to audio recordings of the proceedings.

Here's the link:

Hopefully, the site won't be shut down due to Sequestration cut-backs.

I appreciate you're posting of this link, Mister Wilson. I've bookmarked it and, no doubt, will visit the site many times. I probably would not have thought of it myself!

This was the article that spurred my interest in Supreme Court access.

At least by reading about, or listening to the actual proceedings, one is more informed than the average broadcast media listener will be.

Reason for opposing SSM (Same Sex Marriages)

1. SSM cannot produce children.
2. Children raised in SSM will most likely stand against the traditional meaning of marriage. The fact that they feel that they love their "parents" will be the power behind this movement.
3. Traditional churches will need an exclusion from any law that allows SSM because as a minority or a majority they will be against SSM.
4. Changing the law will mean that all the dictionaries will have to be changed to accommodate SSM.

We all need to change those laws that make it hard for SS couples to meet their family needs. But leave the definition of marriage as it is!

OMGoodness!! Is this really from the EVIL Fox news machine. How dare they propose ppl actually study source material and think on their own. Me, I read and listen to the biased, silly poop from BOTH sides. Luckily I've blessed with a inordinately well-developed cow paddy filter.
