There may be a section on this already, but I'm new and overwhelmed with reading, so I'd like to take a moment to play and share if that's ok.

Please share your pictures of close ups of eyes.

(If these load in the right manner...)

#1 is my cat Wellington. He is part siamese and has gorgeous blue/green eyes. Taken with my Droid Incredible 2 phone camera. No editing at all.

#2 is my grand daughter Lydia around age 3, taken with Fuji S700 P&S camera

#3 is my grand daughter Lydia at about 6 months. Taken with a Samsumg P&S camera. There is no editing at done to this picture. Her eyes were that gorgeous, but have darkened some.

I'm so happy you started this thread. I have a photo of my Sun Conure's eye that I love and would be happy to add. I call it "look into my eye". I never knew birds had eyelashes until I saw this closeup photo. (His head is bigger on the photo so the lashes become visible)

Whoda thunk birds had eye lashes? But I guess...why not? Great share! Thanks. =)

Eyes are the windows to the soul....love this thread! This is Halima, boarded at my friends place, and a relation to my horse that I lost a few years ago. She brings some of him back to me when I see her....

Our kitty Molly. I took these shots tonight. I was sitting in my LazyBoy...she was sitting on the foot rest about two feet from the camera. I used my Canon Rebel Xti set on No Flash. The only light was a table lamp to my left. Sometimes she sits still and I just get lucky!
