New member today.
Hi all, I'm new to UHH, and new to any forum, so be gentle with me!
Will photograph anything interesting, especially outdoors, especially wildlife, and especially birds.
Have used a Samsung GX10 10 megapixel DSLR for years, now taming an Olympus EM-5 and very impressed with both camera and lenses- kit lens plus 45-150 kit zoom, and beautiful primes,
Olympus 45mm and Panasonic 14mm pancake.
I always carry a compact, Samsung 850, with sometimes surprising results.
I prefer to get the image as complete as possible in camera, but not afraid of a bit of PP.

Welcome jackdoor. Hope you enjoy the forum. I agree. The better the image right outta the camera, the better. However, with the world of digital, some pp will be necessary. A big welcome to the HOG.
Thanks Master Flash. I've been watching the forum for a while, and well impressed by the community, even if some don't take fools gladly!
Welcome to the Hog, Jackdoor. We welcome fools, though as you have obviously observed some members like to have a little fun a another's expense. You may have also noticed these fellas are usually the first to offer help. ;)
