I do know that my neighbour who is a professional photographer has used KEH frequently and has no issues with them.

KEH is a good source for used gear, and they have a decent warranty on it unless it is rated "bgn".

Dspoon, I have purchased quite a few used items from them. Not cameras but tripods, lenses, filters, backpacks etc. never had a problem. They are very reputable. The only warning is to make sure that the shipping is reasonable. It has always seemed high to me. But if you can wait, they frequently have free shipping sales. They also have 10% off sales but not both at the same time. Good luck.

I have bought from and sold to them several times and would not hesitate to do so again.

I was looking to upgrade my backup and tslked with a sales rep and asked about the shutter count on a D3 and he said they do not record that info and do not use it in their evaluation of the camera, but he quickly noted they give a 6 month warranty. I want to know that info so I didnt buy the camera.
