What would be the recomended lenses for water action shots

Hi, my name is Ramon, and I am new at using DSLR D90, and I am trying to get better with my skills and this camera. I am looking forward to learning from those that are out there and their experiences. I have a D90, with the following lens 18-55mm, 55-200mm,70-300mm.

Hi Ramon.
I never had a D90, but I had a D80 and before that a D70, so I imagine they are pretty similar to what you have. My suggestion to you for taking water action shots is to put the camera in Aperture mode, set the aperture for 11 or 22, and then snap away. Try that and see what happens. Works for me.
