Man driving along road sees a sign "Talking dog for sale" .Intrigued he pulls up, knocks on door and it is opened by a little old lady. " That must be a toy dog you are selling..right" Little old lady says "Oh no, he's real and in the back yard". She took the man into the yard..and there was a Labrador sat there."Hi" said the man, "Hello there" said the dog....the man was astounded "you can talk" he said "of course" said the dog "Iv'e been able to talk since I was a puppy, I have worked for the FBI and the CIA on covert missions all over the world, listening in on conservation's of suspects and reporting back to my masters, I only packed up to have a family of my own and settle down".Amazed The Man said "How much do you want for him?", Little old Lady said "How about Ten cents"... "Ten Cents.. is that all you want for a talking dog that's done all that service for our country!!" she said "He's a liar he's never been out of the yard!!!"
