Finally spring is here.
I'm just getting back into it. I used my usual settings. If you need them I will post them. I am using a new flash Canon mt 24 ex. Still waiting for the defuser ad on.

Nice set. Do you know the type of moth? There are very few posted on bug guide, but hundreds when I goggled moths of N America. Couldn't find this one, but those thumb nails are too small!....

Definitely a White-Lined Sphinx Moth (Hyles lineata):

Thanks. I used to see these when I was growing up in Oklahoma. They were almost as big as hummingbirds.... I thought they were Imperial Moths-- but I looked that up and knew I was wrong.
