Bum you say! My bride of 43 years and I had a great time. We went early one morning to the local craft bazar, kind of like a flea market, we were the first and only ones there for the first 15 minutes or so. Man talk about everybody competing for the buck, was a little uncomfortable. The Jamaican people are really nice folks, even the ones trying to sell weed, no interest from us, so no pressure. Would love to go back someday with the whole family and just relax and have fun with the grand kids. Ya mon!

I have only been off the main land twice. Nam for 6 years. It was tropical but not much fun.:) And Janny and I went to London for 2 weeks. Rainy and cold. :) But we had a great time. Went over to see where the Beatles came from and to see Paul.:):) But it was all free. She won the trip on the radio. But hopefully this will change when I retire in 3-4 years.:)

There is certainly enough to see in this country to keep a man busy for a life time. I was fortunate enough to go to Italy once and Taiwan four times for work. Never thought a simple kid like me would see that little bit of the world. As far as Jamaica goes all we had to do was pay for our airfare as my brother won a trip for four alinclusive. As for Nam, somehow I lucked out and did not get there as a few of my friends did, luckily they all made it home safely. I guess it was luck of the draw. Now retirement is the best thing man ever came up with, all the time in the world to do whatever you like. My time is spent with our grandchildren and its a blast.
