My thoughts on gun control.
I'm sure the good Lord and Jesus would both own guns if they lived here today.

I used to subscribe to a lot of the clever rhetoric and "bumper sticker" philosophy, but have recently lost my taste for same.
I believe it's proper that a person be allowed to defend against an aggressor in a way that allows the possibility of success. It's a very serious topic, as it's a very serious circumstance.
I believe it's wrong that a 120 lb. person might be denied the means to protect against a 240 lb. aggressor.
The bumper sticker stuff is entertaining, and I appreciate that, but I guess, for me, it's gotten somewhat old.

Could it be you are just tired of the debate itself? I know I am!
For the purpose of full disclosure...I am very pro Second Ammendment!
I am pro-second amendment and would probably use one of my pistols (.38, .380 and .45) but as an ex (probably no such thing) EMT I would immediately start fixing him/her/it.
Citizens with guns, and the death penalty - and I thought the US was civilised!!!!

Just where are you from that there is no violence. I am sure that everyone here would love to go to a place like that. So, if you don't mind tell us where you are at.

he lives where all internet and forum trolls live (in hiding :))
I am a firm believer that everyone should own as many gun weapons as possible
I am pro-gun as well however one has to be careful what they advertise with bumper stickers t-shirts etc. because a lawyer can use it against the person saying they have malice intent they are out there to murder people with gun and gives the anti-gun idiots fuel for the fire as it were
. I use to have stickers and such indicating shoot them all let God sort them out or protected by 357 magnums. Then when in the law-enforcement field I have even seen lawyers use the NRA stickers against a person and that person ending up in prison
.. It is better to fly under the radar than to be spotted and destroyed there are some advertisements not to be broadcasted out.
and as for the part of an EMT once an EMT always an EMT yes I agree would also render aid seen it many time in the street as for the idiots that wants to control guns look at Europe during world war two how Hitler used gun control to take away guns and killed those that were not able to defend them self
