Maybe a title something like "Want to buy - D5100." That would keep all 26,000+ members from having to look at your post and narrow it down to only those who want to sell a 5100. This is an inconsiderate tactic, a waste of a lot of people's time and is very unappreciated. And yes, you just had your butt chewed in case you have any doubt. Now, go have a nice day.

I will also alter my approach a little bit by simply advising you that if you would make your post title about your question, it would help the interested people focus on the right answer for you and not make everyone have to open your post when only a few might be interested in it. Obviously I'm just kidding but the subject line is where you describe something that the subject might pertain to as in "Looking to buy a D5100".

Me too. First thing that came to me is that some sucker is on here trying to sell blackmarket GED's and I was thinking, man, that would really be a prized possession if you could get your hands on one so I opened the thread only to be disappointed that there was someone wanting to buy a camera. Now, that was a real letdown, dang it!

Shucks, I was hoping to get my brother a good used ged. My associates degree makes him jealous so I figured to get him started on the right track. Oh well.

PS I shoot Sony so I had to write something flip here, just for the waste of time. Maybe delete this post and do like those who came before me suggested?
