Nice view, and it doesn't get much better than that. Glad you got to enjoy a little slice of heaven.

Thanks , It took me 12 years to do a frame off restoration on it between cancer and heart by-pass. Thank God we are both doing good (me & the car).It is stock body and interior. It has the orginal 283 powerpack eng. wtih a 86 200 4R trans. Also creature comforts like Vintage heat & air, power steering, front dis and rear drum power brakes. And power windows and 10CD changer stereo for listing to the oldies.
I had one like it (4dr. sedan) in 1964 when I dated and married my bride.

A '57 BelAir was one of the two cars we had when I first started driving. The other was a Red '65 Chevy Impala. How could a 16 year old kid have it better?

When a friend or family member asks if you have a thingie that will work on a whatchamacallit, I will bet that you can walk right to it. I on the other hand, have several various containers in no specified location; that have hundreds of thingies in them, and I can't find anything without dumping each one on the work bench and sorting for hours, and it is usually right in front of me all the time I am looking. I had a 56 Chevy company car in 1956.It was a yellow 4 door, with a four barreled carberator, strait stick V-8 with an overdrive. It would fly. Was invited to attend one of the Barret Jackson auto auctions in Scottsdale AZ a few years ago. The cheapest one I saw on the stage was well over $100,000 and one went for $224,000. If I just had hindsight.Looks like you do have it.

This is actually my neighbors home, from 06/14/2012. Before I had my first coffee. They seem to come to me when I don,t have gas money.

Leason camera handy and eyes open.

We toured the Canadian Maritime last summer. Signs everywhere warning of the danger of Moose for drivers. Never saw a one, and we were there for almost a month. Our daughter lives in Stowe VT. The Moose population has exploded to the point where they have an open hunting season. One big male fell in love with a local cow and spent a week trying to convince her, with no positive results.

Yes, we spent about a week in St Johns and toured from there. Nice people through out the Maritime, but Newfoundland was most interesting.
