My daughter, son in law, grandson, and new granddaughter on day 2 of her life. Big brother is sitting in the hospital bed holding his new sister and mommy and daddy are helping and looking on. It wasn't staged but I of course had my camera with me. The first one will be framed for sure.

I well know the emotions of that picture and how you feel. However, I know the camera was not the first thing you thought of, and should not be.
The first one may well be framed, but the one you really want, is you holding your new grand daughter.

Great shots! Just can't lose with kids. Has your daughter ever modeled for you? Can't see a lot of her here, but she looks like she'd make a great model - very pretty.

yes she has modeled on occasion but only for pictures to go along with her music CD and her previous demos. She is a singer/songwriter/musician and worked in Nashville for 5yrs before meeting her husband Rikki who is the drummer in the band Poison. She never got the big break but I am extremely proud of her accomplishments. She has an incredible voice and is very pretty. You can google Melanie Martel Rockett and see images of her and hubby.

Wow, we have the father of a celebrity among us! lol. Ok, I just had to do it. I googled her, but then I even youtubed her. She is a pretty lady, and sounds good too. You must be very proud. Poison is one of my favorite groups - pretty cool. I guess now I can say "I know someone, (kind of), who knows someone, who hangs with Poison".
