I bring the topic Global warming, because I think we as landscape photographers can do much to make our society aware of who we are as the patient known to have high blood pressure and not taken remedy.
From now on I'll upload photographs which only shows how irresponsible we are as people and what we do to the degradation of the planet.

At least I didn't call you ignorant, suffice it to say that perhaps you are just woefully un-informed. I hate to think that you may have been a military pilot due to your forum name. While the rest of the world takes positive steps in the economic and energy efficiency, we are entertained by useless wars and squandering our financial and human resources.
Imagine how many well paid jobs trabjos diramos would occur if the transition to mass transit, is unimaginable.

The planet has been warming since the Ice Age - why would anyone think its going to stop now? Human arrogance, ego and power-grab is the agenda behind the "It's the human's fault". All of the bluster and hot air (hot air? Warming?) would be better used in figuring out what future generations can do to live with the warming should the climate continue to heat up. Trying to stop climate warming is the same as trying to stop the tide - it ain't going to happen.
What is also a "head shaker" for me is that in the early '70's the same factors that are now supposed to be leading to intollerable warming were then being touted as leading us to another Ice Age and we had to do something stop it.

Lets assume for the sake if argument that global warming is occurring. So what? Why do we need to stop it? Who decided that the current temperature is the perfect temperature of the Earth? What if humans will thrive much more if only the Earth was a little warmer?
It seems like the assumption is that a warmer world is a bad thing - why? The Earth is billions of years old and the probability that the temperature RIGHT NOW is THE perfect temperature is exceedingly small.
