Not photographs but Christian so I thought I'd mention it here.
Recently there was a post in the General Chit-Chat group criticizing the bible, through a chart of the KJV translation and it's problems...as if the KJV equates with "the bible" itself.
Well...as you can imagine a discussion ensued and while I challenged those who disbelieve the bible's claim as God's word, I could never get anyone to back up anything that they said as they actually had no real knowledge of how the bible came to us, how reliable it is, and really, any of it's history.
Well...as I mentioned on that thread, I've been a student of Textual Criticism for quite a while, it's fascinating, and even a rudimentary study of it will show the believer that the biblical manuscripts we have today are amazingly accurate and are (what Dan Wallace calls) "an embarrassment of riches"
So...here is what I was going to mention:
Were you aware that the New Testament is the most widely attested of any ancient document?
There is more, and better manuscript support for the New Testament than any other ancient document we have; secular or biblical.
here is a video of Dan Wallace explaining it in an entertaining way.

No problem...not a lot of Christians are aware of just how robust the reliability of the biblical manuscripts actually is.
Then there are the prophecies to consider. They've been, are and will be fulfilled. Take the ones in Daniel 2 and 9, and all the ones that prophecied of the birth, life, and death of Jesus Christ.

As an addition...if you have the opportunity to attend sessions of "The Truth Project" I think you'll appreciate it.
I had good old Dan when his Greek Grammar was still xeroxed off and not yet printed. It's now the leading Grammar.
The only problem with the KJV, as I understand it, is the inclusion of a couple of passages that aren't in the best texts. Other than that, despite the fact that Erasmus' Greek text was based on just a few Greek texts, there are no theological problems in the KJV.

For an in depth study on the subject, I recommend a facsinating book called "The King James Only Controversy" by Dr. James White. It's the most through, yet accessible book I've read on the KJV manuscript maze.
