What would life be without characters like this, we have them here just the same. We had a guy walking through our indoor shopping centre, dressed in fishnet stockings, a vivid green ballet tutu skirt and a see through top. oh yes and red high heels plus matching handbag (Purse).

At first I thought he was our equivalent of the green man, which is the spring fertility pagan festival. However you said he is present at every public function.
