Your item sells, you collect the payment for the item and domestic shipping, ship the item to a domestic address and they forward it overseas. I sold a complete camera kit with lens and case to a guy in Saudi Arabia for top dollar simply because most people (including myself) would never personally ship to any African location due to insurance restrictions. The benefit is you cannot be held accountable for the delay in overseas shipping and you automatically get five star feedback on shipping.

Once the item is received at the domestic address the seller's responsibility is limited to an accurate description of the condition of the merchandise. My sale was $700 and I insured the package with the Post Office so signature confirmation was not an issue.
