We usually have these daffodils come up every March the first indication that spring is around the corner. We only have 3 so far but in the next few weeks (if it doesn't snow again) we will have lots of flowers blooming. It's my favorite season as far as beauty goes.

They are such a cheery sight, on a dull winters day, nice capture.

Hi BC :) Your shot is reminding me of just what is round the corner now for us, soon I'm going to be back in action and boring the group to death with endless photos  tfp

It's nice to see that someone is getting into Spring. Lucky you, Biker Chic!

Oh Me Too!... Right now where I live the hills are starting to green up, next all the wild flowers will be blooming, sadly it only stays that way a few weeks but when it's green it reminds me of what Ireland would look like. I haven't ever been there but from what I hear. :D

Thank you, we sit around 3800 ft and ours are about 2 weeks behind those in town which is about 4000 ft. My husband told me the wildflowers are going nuts right now headed down the hill so I know where I am headed this weekend. Hope to see some pictures of your daffodil's when they bloom as mine will be gone by then.

I don't know where you are, but this flower is a SERIOUS indication that Spring is either here or around the corner. I want to plant more on the edges of my yard to encourage me to be patient.

I'm in Tehachapi CA. Every year in March they start blooming, in town the tree beds all have some planted. The next thing to come is the Lilac bushes around town.
