Pretty sure it'a a '27. My grandfather had one wwen I was a kid-looks the same.

Agree on the "27" and think the "Rat Rod" was a "32". My brother-in-law does appraisals on vintage cars so I get to see quite a few. Will have to post some car show shots this summer.........

A friend was checking it out for me. Zoomed in on the front wheel and there is a "swastika" on the hubcap, so it could be German. Can usually tell by the front of the radiator. Ford's last year for wooden wheels was 1927? It has a "Fat Man's" steering wheel. So at this point still unsure. More info than before! I'll keep checking!
