Here are some Photo's I have manage to shoot over the last month & half. Feel free to critique. If you remember I'm the one who posted the Light Paintings a while back, being colored blind & 62 years of age. Driving over the road don't give me much time to shoot but get out when I can. Portraits are of my Lovely Wife. She's always willing to pose when I want to try something new. Shot her with my home made ring flash. Enjoy

Thank you. Have been shooting Pentax for 30 years. Have collected around 15 different film cameras over the years. All in perfect working order. I am looking for a K20 as a backup or main camera right now. Gave my k100 to my son so he good get started.

You can fine the instructions to build this at DIYPhotography, I love it and was using my pocket wizards at first, then switched to the NPT-o4 wirless trigger & receiver. Love the light it puts out. Only about $30.00 to build.

Some absolutely gorgeous images. You do have a very beautiful wife but in my honest opinion, you didn't do her justice with the oversoftening on her face and the skin tones look pretty off. Too yellow in the first and too red in the second.

Thanks Val for the complement on the photos, & your right on my wife's photos. They're a little off & we talked about that before I posted them. She has a lot better color eye then I do but said she thought they were ok. Well guess what they are ok except the tones. I guess I should go delete them & put up the ones we did tonight. Thanks for bringing it to my attention & thanks for looking. Have a great night.

Did you save the originals? If you did, I would just ease up on the skin smoothing and try and fix the color. She is really a pretty woman.

Thanks again & she thanks you as well. I do have the originals but will probably not use them, for I just used these to test out a home made ring flash. Didn't really plan the shots just kinda grabbed them. Took some new ones tonight I think you'll like. Wanted to try some strobe shots & I think they came out well will post them in a day or so. Thanks again for your help.
