Comet PanStars next week

The comet panstarrs will be visible next week March 12 and 13 in the western sky just after sunset. There will be only a small window to see it and photograph it. I'm posting a link in the link section on how to shoot it.

It was perfectly clear here in Oxford, CT last night after sunset, and I thought I had a pretty good view to the west on a hill, but I could not see the comet.
Did anyone else in CT have the same problem?
