point and shoot protection

I have broken 3 point and shoot cameras and I need some-thing to put them in to protect them. My serious shooting is done with my dslr but I like to carry a p&s for just that shot that may pop up. I admit I buy cheap ones but I did have an expensive one and I broke it too. Is there a case or ? that will protect the one I just ordered. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks, Mike

Use the attached wrist lanyard, or buy Camera Armor

I always keep my Elphs in a case that is clipped to the wrist strap. I slide my hand into the wrist strap as I take it out of my pocket. Having the case clipped to the wrist startup keeps it from getting lost or left behind.

Check WalMart or the likes for a cell phone belt mounted case that will hold the P&S.Get one that the belt passes through, not a clip on that will easily slip off.

For some reason I get an image in my mind of "The boy in the Bubble." ;-)

All the pouches I found were too big or small for my point & shoot.
Got a Lowepro "D-Wrap", http://www.lowepro.com/d-wrap.
Got mine at Best Buy. Reviews at:
