My husband and I were in New Zealand a few years ago. Absolutely love your country and people! We were in Dunedin on New Years and were so very impressed with the attitude of the kids and the fun that was had in the square New Year's eve. We got the impression that your childrens' world is much more innocent that the U.S. But I guess kids will be kids and have all kinds of excuses, especially when it comes to school.
