I too, like all three but the 3rd one most. Nicely framed. Beautiful blue sky. Black and white really suits the first two. Well done.

Very good job. 2 needs horizon straightened a bit but then it will make the tree lean which I am sure it actually does.

LOVE the color one!!

Have you considered cropping #2? That would solve your tilt problem and eliminate that pesky house back there. The root is really interesting with the black rippled water surrounding it. I think it would pop more standing alone.
The last photo is very nice. Leads you right out to the water! I like it!

Thanks everyone! Also i straightened it as much as I could without loosing what I thought belonged in this picture. If I crop, the stuff I like in the picture on the edge will be gone, as well as if I straighten. The cypress wasn't tilted but it looked to regular if straightened. It lost it's awkward stance, which makes cypress so interesting. As for the top one I could straighten it more. The 3rd one you would loose to much of the dock and it is as straight as it'll get without making the wood look tilted.

Also I noticed that when I put the 3rd picture on UHH it tilted further, I compared the one that's on my computer to the one on here and something went wrong as if it loaded the wrong one because that is defiantly to tilted. I will have to see if it happens again! Thanks everyone :D

I think we all look at things from a slightly different angles. It is a good trait to seek opinion of the others, as they may point to something you might have missed. But after all said and done, and weighing the pros and cons, trust your own judgement.
By the way, I like them all. Regarding the NO. 2, The focal point of the photo and the composition is the tree. If you had tilted to make the horizon straight, then the composition of the tree would have suffered, as it would have been leaning to one side. So, there you go. Different ways of seeing and differing opinions.
